Which Second Half?

You feel a longing for something else, something you can't name. Something audacious. To finally see what you can do, would do, if you gave yourself permission.

But at 50, would you actually walk away from your hard-earned career?

Like, for real?

A 1-month program to feel, in your body, which future path you're truly up for. Hear your own Yes or No, before you change a thing.

I'M READY TO KNOW >

Your mind keeps spiraling:

  • My days aren't hard. But they are hard. A quick walk and I'll be good.

  • Retirement's not that far. I can stick it out. But another decade?

  • I want to create something astonishing, mine. I keep specializing in cloud security.

  • I have no idea what I'd do instead. This is crazy.

  • Menopause has me in a fog. Could I do this now?

  • I can't fuck with my salary. Not with college tuition looming.

  • I'm not 32. I'm being ridiculous. But if not now, when?

It's impossible. Irrational. And yet...

You're not indecisive. You've made bold moves your whole life. So what's going on?

You're starting with the wrong questions. You jump to "What would I do?" and "How?", which are unanswerable now. So you're stuck. You set it aside. Until it bubbles up again.

You keep skipping the question that comes first: "Which second half do I actually want?"

And that one isn't linear or logical. You can't ask your mind how to do something that doesn't seem to make sense. It's like asking:

  • Do you want to take a pay cut? No. But you did, because you wanted into that industry.

  • Do you want to make all new friends? No. But you did, because you wanted to live in the city.

  • Do you want to date a guy in a band? Hell no. But you did, because, turns out, you wanted that too. (I get it.)

Answer that first question, and everything downstream unlocks. If it's your current path, you stop spiraling and enjoy it. Excellent.

But once you know, in your body, that you want the bolder path, your mind feels safe to look past the linear and expected. Suddenly, doing anything else seems irrational.

You don't change paths because it makes sense.
You do it because you want what's on the other side.

How do you know which second half you truly want?

Only your body can answer. Something in you knows whether the disruption is truly worth it—to you, in real life.

Two futures:

  • Your current path, maybe with a few tweaks. Chosen on purpose this time, to fully enjoy without second guessing. A great option, truly.

  • The audacious path. Off script. A little impractical. Disruptive. Possibly the most alive thing you'd ever do.

INTRODUCING

Which Second Half?

1-month program

Not what you'd do instead. Which path you truly want, felt in your body, so you can stop hovering and finally know.

3 PRIVATE 75-MIN SESSIONS

A confidential playground with full permission to try both futures on, to feel which seduces you, without repercussion or commitment.

Each session helps you go deeper, past the expected "supposed to"s and into your inner knowing:

  1. What do you think?
  2. What do you feel?
  3. What do you want?

4 WEEKLY PRACTICES

You'll receive short embodied practices (moving meditations, no homework) to do between sessions so you can tap into your inner voice.

Each week unlocks a new Wild Virtue, qualities society taught us to be skeptical of, the very ones that change everything.

  • Idleness: Break from the inertia of current life, shutting out other voices.
  • Play: Expand curiosity. Loosen. Open to the unexpected and surprising.
  • Agency: Remind your body you can choose wild possibilities, still.
  • Desire: Deepen your capacity for unapologetically, audaciously wanting.

For you if...

You're around 50, proud of the career you built, but it no longer fits. You've been wondering, maybe for years, whether you'd leave for a path that feels more alive, and you aren't sure you're truly up for the change.

Not for you if...

You're searching for your next job, want to brainstorm what to do instead or specific moves. The specifics of what you do next come after you decide, in your body, that you truly want to change paths.

I'm Kristin. I get the stakesand the spiraling.

I spent 25 years leading digital innovation at Disney, Marvel, Amazon, and the White House. My career was awesome by most standards, but everything in me was screaming.

I went on a multi-year quest to learn how to hear my inner voice, earning four certificates in embodiment.

At 47, while earning my highest career ratings, I quit. Not for a better job, but for another path I couldn't NOT try.

That doesn't mean leaving's right for you. I'm here to help you hear yourself, so it doesn't take you years, like it took me.

Frequently Asked Questions

By next month, you could know what your body already does.

You can look, and know, before you change a thing. Knowing doesn't text your partner or notify HR. It means you stop circling, clear on what you want, so you can choose from there.

Once it feels safe to want it, things that once looked too "out there" start looking like fun. Like a dare, winking at you.
